After-builders cleaning

Building and renovation work leaves fine dust on every surface, plaster and paint splashes, adhesive residue and debris in places you wouldn't think to look. Our after-builders clean gets a property from 'finished' to genuinely ready to hand over or move into.

• Removal of builders' dust from walls, ceilings, ledges, light fittings and sockets
• Paint, plaster, silicone and adhesive residue removed from glass, tiles and fittings
• Inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes
• Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, including new appliances and sanitaryware
• Internal windows, frames and sills
• Floors vacuumed with HEPA filtration, then mopped or polished as appropriate
• Debris and packaging cleared (skip or disposal arranged if needed)

Sprint clean or full clean?

We can do a quick 'builders' clean' to get the worst off between trades, then a full detailed clean once the work is complete. Tell us where the job is up to and we'll recommend the right approach. Larger sites get a visit first so the quote is accurate.
