We cover halls, purpose-built student accommodation, HMOs and shared houses, plus the communal areas of managed buildings, across Nottingham, Derby, Lincoln, Loughborough, Mansfield, Worksop, Newark and across the East Midlands.

• End of year turnaround deep cleans, room by room, to an agreed checklist
• Weekly or fortnightly communal area cleaning: kitchens, lounges, corridors, stairwells and shared bathrooms
• Pre-arrival cleans before new tenants move in
• Rubbish and abandoned item clearance
• Ovens, fridges and appliances cleaned inside and out
• Bathroom and shower-room sanitising, limescale and mould treatment
• Reporting of damage or maintenance issues we spot while on site

Who it's for

Universities and accommodation providers, student landlords with one house or fifty, letting agents, HMO managers, and block management companies responsible for communal areas. We currently look after two LOC8ME buildings, around 90 rooms plus kitchens and communal areas, on a weekly contract.

We can scale the team up for summer turnarounds and work to a fixed schedule so every property is ready for its inspection date. Uniformed, DBS-checked staff, ID badges, £2 million insurance and a named contact throughout.
